What helps us fix it faster
- Which device and which iOS version.
- The version of Trama, from Settings.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screen recording, if it is something you can see.
Please do not send a channel identifier or a link unless we ask for it. It is rarely what makes a problem reproducible, and we would rather not hold one.
Two things that are usually not faults
A channel that will not start. Trama plays streams shared by other people’s devices. If nobody is sharing a given stream at that moment, there is nothing to play, and no app can conjure it. Trying again later often works.
Picture that stutters or breaks up. How smoothly a stream plays depends on how many people are sharing it and how fast they can send. A stream with few participants will struggle whatever your connection is like.

Trama is a player. It does not host, index, provide or recommend any stream: what it opens is what you give it. We have no control over what other people share and no ability to remove it.
